Group HR Business Partner for our Nordic portfolio of companies

We are looking for our 1st Group HR Business Partner for our Nordic portfolio of companies.

Volaris Group acquires, strengthens, and grows vertical market technology companies enabling them to be clear leaders within their focused industries. Volaris is a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., publicly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CSU.TO).

Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to have a key role in supporting our fast-growing portfolio in the Nordics. Overseeing the whole HR agenda and leading the focus on Talent Management, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop and implement an HR strategy, and play an important role as we acquire, strengthen, and grow an expanding Portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop strategic relationships across the business to assist in the development of the company’s short and long-term HR objectives and developing a clearly defined culture within the organisation
  • Develop organisation strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organisation strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational objectives.
  • Drive the HR Due Diligence agenda and help integrate new businesses in Scandinavia,
  • Drive talent management by managing recruitment, development and succession planning in line with the needs of the business and designing
  • Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, legal compliance, and employee relations.
  • Manage human resources operations by following Volaris corporate HR strategies and processes, it is required to be hands on. Experience with Workday is an advantage.
  • Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimising the impact of variances.
  • Support management by providing advice, support, decisions, and reporting
  • Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organisation values.
  • Comply with legal requirements by maintaining knowledge of existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements balanced against business risk; advising management on needed actions.


The position holder has

  • Broad experience across the complete range of HR disciplines, with substantial experience in business partnering at leadership level.
  • 3+ years’ experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner in a software company.  HR experience in Scandinavia is a must.
  • Language skills either; Danish, Norwegian or Swedish. Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills.
  • Excellent in stakeholder management and a good ability to motivate and influence others without direct line authority.
  • Significant experience of managing a substantial and complex workload.
  • Strong track record of dealing with Change Management.

We offer a hybrid working model, it is possible to be working from home 2-3 days a week. Travel is expected.
